RAD doesn't answer on Direct mode with 1FL number

RAD on 8X24 with DR5 does not answer when you have it on Direct Mode. It times out and replies that the RAD did not answer. All other modes work fine. Any suggestions?

Do you have your DB9-RS232 cable hooked up to the front of the Rad on site, And verify you are on the correct Com port from your computer.

Also, verify that your baud rate of your comm port matches what you have the RAD set for.
