I am trying to find out if I use a DB9 straight through 9 pin MALE to FEMALE cable ( NON-NULL ) cable with a FastRad for a MICS. I am seeing some threads that are not clear about the cable. Does anyone know for sure?

Thanks

I made a cable up some years using a standard Ethernet 3 meter cable and the 9 way RS232 didn't need pin 9. I kept it straight all the way through.

Thank you, I thought it was straight thru but wanted to double check before ordering it.
