RAD backup on MICS 2

Trying to do a backup on a MICS via a RAD remotely...after multiple tries now stating that the modem did not respond...all programming looks right. Connecting via a DID number and that works reset port on the MICS reset RAD ...UGGGG still will not connect

However, you might want to check the RAD's settings to check that auto answer is set to on and that it's been assigned the same target line as your DID one.

Known issue when using DID.
Upgrade the firmware on the RAD when you use a DID/Target Line to answer.
