Rack mount raid array subsystem?

We are looking to expand our servers drive capacity. We have looked at a Norco ds-1500,SANS DIGITAL EliteRAID ER316UT, ENHANCE-TECH ULTRASTOR RS16. We are trying for low cost expandability. We are currently running off of a couple synology ds409's they are a little to slow. Any recommendations would be great.

I've been researching this for similar reasons. You might want to take a look at the products from coraid.com
