R9 Restore Voicemail

Hi,
Having a problem restoring our voicemail from R8.0 backup to R9.0. The docs for R9.0 state that I connect to the Application Server using SFTP and place the backup directory from R8.0 into the OtherBackups directory. Then I go into the Web Control portal and click Restore which should then offer some restore points to choose from.

When I click Restore, nothing happens.

Any ideas?
