R9.1 upgrade and external call transfer issue

Hi all... I just upgraded an IP500v2 from R9.0 to R9.1. , we are using Level3 SIP trunks. They do a lot of external call transferring. With R9.0.3 no issues. Now with R9.1 they press transfer 9 + N and nothing happens... they go back to the caller and try again, the transfer works! What is the issue?

Can you do a default trace?
Hard to tell from that what happens.

A monitor trace, that trace was from SSA which is useless in this case :)
