R9.1 to 10.0.2 upgrade - Insufficient space

Attempting to upgrade our demo IPO from 9.1 to 10.0.2 but failing and coming up and saying "Insufficient Space" is that an issue on the SD card..?

So I recreated the SD card with R10.0.2 loaded the license file, rebooted, but the upgrade still fails. Phones are displaying No License Available, PLDS file status says Valid on the License tab

I do have 4 of the licenses that say non-production license as you can see from the picture, those I cannot download and I think those are the ones I need to make the system work.

Use the LAC in

https://plds.avaya.com

to attach the licenses to a Host ID.

janni78 - I've done that but there are 3 licenses that come up with the non-production and cannot be downloaded

Guess they should be non-production since they are Demo licenses.

What happens when you hit Activate All and click Next?

Had the same when I ordered demo licenses for SIP Endpoints. Seems that it is not possible to activate them because PLDS declines it.

Only way - in my opinion - would be to mark them as "productive" and not as "non productive" in PLDS but with an expiring date.
