Hi All,

Never seen this one before, brand new box, running R9.1 (upgraded to SP11 20 minutes ago).

Call Park buttons work OK
hold button work OK
appearance a=, b=, c= issues with "auto-hold"

so the idea is, when you answer a call on a= and mid call you press b= or c=, the call on a= is placed on hold automatically. In this case, the PABX just disconnect the call.

This is using ISDN-E1 Trunk, not SIP trunk

Anyone ever came across this issue before ?

Thanks

Auto Hold is not checked by default (and Inhibit off switch transfer is checked by default) - the first 2 things to change on a new box

TouchToneTommy, Thanks mate that was it,the "Auto-Hold". I've un-ticked the "Inhibit off switch transfer" straight away but haven't realised "auto-Hold is not automatically enabled, this used to be ticked by default (well at least here in Australia) it's even in the help section:

"Auto Hold -> "Default = On (Off for the United States locale).
Used for users with multiple appearance buttons. When on, if a user presses another appearance button during a call, their current call is placed on hold. When off, if a users presses another appearance button during a call, their current call is disconnected."

This new box is in Singapore so assuming they using the US standard.

Thanks for the help!
