R9.1.3 and D100 Installation

I am currently troubleshooting an issue with Avaya's Latest and "Greatest" release 9.1.3. The issue is getting a D100 to register correctly. For whatever reason I can see that it is building the D100.cfg file through the monitor program however it is not writing the file/s to the SD card correctly. Noted that the IPDect user within security settings was disabled. Re-Enabled and still having issues. Even tried generating then uploading the files from the

http://<IPADDR>.com/D100.XXX

portion of the system. Seems like I am missing a checkbox or something really simple (I hope).


Any Insight would be Greatly Appreciated

if you web browse to the file can you access it and see the contents ?
