I have a new Avaya IPO DL360 G7 server w/ (2) R9 SE licenses ...
I loaded R9.1.437 SE SW on the new server (used the ISO file) ... all went fine.
Tried to enter the (2) licenses using R11 manager and they were accepted ... then I changed the IP address to .42.3 and the Expansion V2 CU left to 42.1 ... rebooted both the CU and the server ... now the server shows
One licenses in invalid and one is dormant? The SD card on the V2 has (2) PRI-8 licenses which show up when I run the License Migration XML file.
We are just trying to get the R9 SE licenses and (2) PRI-8 licenses upgraded to R11.1
Any ideas?
Thanks!
