I was under the impression that the Advanced Edition license gives 5 Customer Service Agent licenses, but when the agents try to log in in the morning, only the 5 pack Customer Service Agent license is used. The remaining 4 or 5 agents are getting a license error.
Removing the Customer Service Agent 5 Pack license, merging config, reappplying the license, merging config fixes the issue...
Anyone know why the Advanced Edition implied CCA licenses stop working?
