ok, had a few issues I would like to see if anyone had. Sorry but this may be long. We turned up a T with a reseller. t1 came up, but the lec wasnt giving dial tone, I figured it was easier to have them supply it, so asked them to. As soon as they got dial tone, we would get dial tone when off hook, but it would take 5 seconds before pressing a button would break the dial tone. Messed w/it for 4 hours, finally told them to get rid of dial tone. FIXED. Why would there be a 5 second delay before breaking dial tone? ????
ALSO, I find it annoying that on the new R7 remote admin software, there isnt an option for laptops with a com port other than 1 or 2. Dont the Partner guys talk to the SPM engineers? Could someone have the partner guys look at spm please.
