R7 W/QCC Console

Customer wants to have live call answer with AA back-up.
I have tried everything I know to no avail.
With the QCC console I can't put the lines in DGC 771.
It works fine in the "night mode" using DGC 771 with timed overflow to 770.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
