So I forgot to backup the voicemail or Export the file, and didn't notice it until after I installed voicemail and opened it up.
All the short codes that point to voicemail still work but I can't see anything inside of Voicemail client. It looks like a fresh install yet all the old recordings are still there.

Any ideas on how I can see all my groups again?? I have run the backup and restore, and I have exported and Imported with no luck.

Thanks

this is a lesson you wont forget then.

HSM is right
if you have an older backup then uninstall VM and reinstall it again and then restore the old backup and program whatever is missing.
the alternative is to leave it the way it is and don't make any changes ever again.
Sorry but that is the news of the day for you.

You probably used RDP while you where upgrading!
You should always backup the vmpro.
I always copy the folder VM in C:/Program Files/Avaya/IP Office/Voicemail Pro

This contains the wav files but more important the mdb file which is corrupt now.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

OK good to know this.
So every upgrade on 7.0 is a risk :)
