R7 Problem with memory loss

Is there a specific software load on the R7 that has the memory loss problem? If there is memory loss should the user be able to do a system restore and will it restore?

If the processor has the "J" patch installed, things should be ok.

I would say that if a current configuration is backed up to either a PC card or internal memory, a simple restore should get them up & running.
