We have been advised by our vendor that you do not need a remote access card if you are using green backup/restore card to do remote programming. We have tried it (with both cards andit only work with Remote Access card) and it doesn't work and we can't make it work. Any thoughts other than we don't beleive our vendor?

You can also use an external modem on an R7, connected to the Admin port and either a station or directly to an outside line.
