Hi Guys,

Having a really strange one here.[Hammer]

When a call is presented to an agent, call continuously rings and does not go back into the skillset.

Fully patched too.

Any thoughts ?
 

What is your "transfer callback" set to?
Do you have a CFNA programmed on the agents sets?
 
Hey Gberger,

Thanks for getting back to me. I figured late last night, that some wally set the transfer callback timer OFF. Lets just say it will be an interesting conversation if I ever find out who done it.:)
