I've seen the support page for R5 on this issue, but it still doesn't seem to help.

Problem: When I spell check an E-mail, I get a message "Unable to add word to user dictionary" and the spell checker aborts. According to Lotus support page, this is due to a "`" in a word in my dictionary or document. Initially, the recommended fix (remove the offending word) cleared up the problem, but lately it happens even when the "`" character is not in my dictionary or document.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks, Bill.

Try this:
1. Deleting "user.dic" file
2. Refresh the Dynamic Client Config.
3. Refresh the views (ctrl-shft-F9)
4. Deleting cache.dsk

Refresh the Dynamic Client Config.

Huh ? I am not aware of that that means..

BV :)
