R5 - Cannot locate form error but doc eventually opens

I have a main view with 2 buttons. One button opens frm1 and the second button opens frm2. Now, when I click either of these buttons I get Cannot Locate Form, then I click ok and the form opens. I have had this issue before just wondering what the fix is?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
