R2 signaling Hermosillo Mexico

Got an Option 11C to install with R2 signaling for E1. I have some notes from a site in South America but seems everywhere we go the R2 set up are different. Anyone have some some good info for this area or a NORTEL specialist in Hermosillo or the Sonora area? Thanks for any info/advice. MIKE
