We have recently installed Arcserve R12.0 SP1 at a customer.
When the administrator wants to open the manager, the shortcut doesn't do anything. When the administrator right-clicks on the shortcut, and choose to run the program as administrator, we get an error Invalid License Information, Reinstall the program.
But when we use the same shortcut, logged in as a user with full administrator rights, we are able to open the manager whitout any problems.
Does anybody knows what to do in this case?
