Here's a weird one. Since upgrading to R11 if my phone is in DND and I lock my PC, DND gets turned off. This only happens when I am signed into the OneX outlook plugin. It also does not work the other way round and turn on DND if my phone is not in DND(this would actually be useful.). This issue has been replicated accross multiple extensions and models of handset.

I think this is a bug in the OneX Outlook plugin in R11. Anyone else experienced this weird issue?

Bug. 2 options.

1) Live with it.
2) Log an IPOSS ticket and persist with it until you get a CP.

So, a quick update on this one.

I decided to persist with this and go through the long process of raising and following through with an IPOSS case. After much back and forth and providing all the traces you can imagine several times to different people at Avaya, I now have a critical patch which fixes this bug and confirmation that this fix will be rolled into service pack 2.

Good stuff man!

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

Good on you for sticking it out and getting a patch!
