Tried R11.1 SP1 news installation of UC Module, after the ignition via USB the access: Office LAN1 address>:7071 as per Avaya Manual does not allow entering the system because "Wrong Username or password".
The defaut username self declared is "root" and the default password should be "Administrator" but no way to enter.
Anyone have already seen that?
Thank you

I have to rant again

Does anyone at Avaya actually test ANYTHING?

Logging in after installing it is the most basic of tests. It is the first thing one should do.
Idjits on the job I guess.

Thank you guys, If I have time I'll try the update option Derfloh.

Just as a complete feedback: upgraded from a (working and configured) R11.1 GA to R11.1 SP1, the process fails, SSA states: "USB upgrade error".
!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks IamaSherpa for letting us know, have some pink
