R11.1 GA SE Voicemail Pro not recording messages

Hi,

Have a primary and secondary server R11.1 GA.

You can hear the greeting and the beep but after you have recorded the message it doesnt seem to have been.

There is no recording in the user account in opt/vmpro/account/<user>

This is only affecting the primary, I have swapped them onto the backup voicemail and this is fine.

If this was on windows I would say it was permissions. I don't really know Linux that well. The ownership for Accounts is VMPRO VMPRO.

Has anyone else had this issue?
 
Hey,

Possibly a drive space issue.

Run "df -h" on your ssh connection to make sure there is space free on the drive.

Then leave a test message and check the /opt/vmpro/logs/debugtrail.txt file. Its fairly easy to read. Just search for the mailbox name and it should jump to your test. Will also say what happened when trying to write the file to the account.
