R11.1 FP2 rebooting 1

I just upgraded a IP500V2 to this release and now the IPO is rebooting every so often. Not constantly but about once or twice a day. When it reboots this is what I get from monitor. I have opened a ticket with Avaya so hopefully I will get some answers.

I have done 2 SE with expansion modules last week and both seem to be stable.

We just received a custom patch from Avaya to fix this issue.
