R11.1 FP1 virtual machines and ignition port

As soon the virtual machine starts from OVA it assumes 192.168.42.1/43.1 as default ip addresses. After the setting changes the console asked to use as a web link to declare it as Server Edition or Application Server, then you can ignite it all. Now, even if the declared link remain the same it's wrong and you have to point directly to the same url but using 7071

sizbut is correct it has always been 7071 for ignition.
