Hello all,

Had a client send me this photo. They are not using an ASBCE or TLS so I am assuming this is an IPO Defaut Certificate. They are using remote phones, however over VPN.

Anyway, does anything need to be done about this or should they just press "Cancel"?

Thanks!

derfloh: Is their a document on the process? Cant say ive ever seen this on a phone in the past.

derfloh: They are currently on J100's with H.323 Firmware VPN.

We will be getting them on an ASBCE with TLS Eventually.

Thank you.

Go to Security Settings. Under System, select the Certificates tab. Click View to confirm that the default identity certificate is the one generating the alert on the phone. If it matches click Regenerate.
