R10 WARNING!

Does anyone have an R9 "disp capacity" screen they are willing to post showing active IP hardphones? I upgraded from 8.4 to 10 this morning at 4am and have issues. We bought an IP bundle on R8 which gave us 30 IP RTU of any combo of IP trunks, soft, and hardphones. We had 16 hardphones working fine on R8 and my "disp capacity" screen reflected the 30 RTU with 16 in use. Now with R10 I have the same screen in "disp capacity" showing the 30 RTU. They have added an additional page in "disp capacity" showing only 5 RTU hard/soft phones. Now I can only get 5 phones at a time to register. I'm screwed because I only have IP connectivity to these remote users and they are down hard. Avaya is shrugging me off saying I must not have paid for something? BULL SH*T. I don't know if this screen was added in R9 or R10 since I'm coming from R8. An R9 post would help further my cause that this is an R10 bug. If you are upgrading to R10 and are currently using IP hard or soft phones BEWARE!. -CL
 
Whoever told you you need to buy something is wrong. The software specialist who updated your change system-parameters customer-options should have updated the new page with the RTU from the first page (30). This is normally done when you go from R8 to R9.
 
Thanks. They've now involved another ss who agrees the change should be made. Now the issue is will Denver let them? We shall see. -CL
