R10+ Endpoint Licenses

We are not aware of that at all. We know that you cannot get any licenses for IPO 9 and below, but 10+ are still current.

 
I appreciate that feedback. My supplier is an Avaya business partner yet claims he is told by Avaya that system must be upgraded from R110 to R11 in order to get IP endpoint licenses. Customer needs to add 4 IP phones to their existing phone system and having to upgrade is going to make the cost per phone a lot. Expensive enough as is! Didn't seem right to me.
 
We still have a number of R10 IP Endpoint licenses in our PLDS, any good BP that has been around for a few years should. You shouldn't have to upgrade just for the extra licenses.

I thought that R10+ meant they would work for R10 or R11 e.g. part 383110
 
R10+ will work on R10 and R11, yeah
