R&RA Kills my Network

When I enable routing and remote access on my 2k server, it takes the whole network offline. Local clients are no longer able to connect and the server can't see them either. The second I disable it, everything is fine. Am I missing something simple?

When i try to access through RAS the whole network from my laptop with windows XP, i cannot able to connect the Local clients. It says, that i don´t have the permission
to access them.
Am I missing something simple?

Can anybody help me?
