I am writing R.A.T (remote application tool) but I have one problem.

Here :
Wrong protocol or connection state for the requested transaction or request.

I'm using
win.LocalPort = 2999
win.RemotePort = 455
( i've read some tutorial here about making R.A.T. )

What should I do ? Which port should I use ?

How did you arrive at those port numbers? I've always used port no. 1007.

Leaving now, sorry.
