I did a search on "lost programming" and came up empty, but I did see the post about the "J Patch".

I have had 5 or so Partner R7 processors that lose programming - yes the batteries are good.

Is this a known issue?

I have wound up selling battery back-ups, but that shouldn't be necessary.

What's up wit dat?

Anyone having the same problems? Forgive me if I am out of the loop.

I also notice the little plastic slider on the battery clip has been coming upside-down???

I am not sure what letter processors, but I know they all have at least the "I Patch", is needed.

Will "J" fix this???

I also have a difficult time sending xmg file locally to internal memory. It's unreliable.

Thanks!

J patch fixes all................................(for now)

Thanks aarenot. It's a pain, to say the least.

Customer: "But I thought it had batteries!"

I'm hoping that the patch will fix it.

TTT pointed out on a different post that the J patch is now available on the Avaya eflash download page.Free for download but the card cost a couple hundred.
Can anybody say "class action suite

supplier, and part number to order the card for eflash, or can another old card be reflashed to take the j upgrade to it. please advise.
