R.1 AA saying "Station XX Not Available" 1

My customer has 2 of his warehouse extension that he does not want mailboxes taking messages for. He wants the AA to answer direct the calls to these exts but if no answer he wants them to default back to 10.

If I do no assign a mailbox the the AA says "Station XX Is Not Available" and then takes a message in the system mailbox.

How can I have these two stations default after X rings back to station 10?
 
BTW can I have the mailbox an announce only with transfer back to default. FOr example "You have reached the warehouse we are away from our desk please hold and your call will be transferred to the operator" then AA comes on and says "Please wait transferring"?
 
Which Voicemail?

If Partner Messaging, create a "transfer only" mailbox for each extension that doesn't have a regular mailbox, AND set the Transfer Return Extension seting (#306) for EACH of the Voice Mail ports to 10.
 
This is the old box on the wall Partner Mail PM04 series. Is this possible in this series?

 
Delete the current mailboxes for those stations, then recreate them with a class of service of 20 (transfer only). Remember the Transfer Return for the VM port extensions.
 
Thanks. Went to Avaya suppor to get the admin. manual so I can get a list of all the COS's but the manuals that I found are for the users not the admin.. I did a search here and could not find the COS list.

Can you direct me to the correct link or COS list?
