I was asked to provide a QPR for our system but have no idea how to go about getting it. Our system doesn't connect to the outside. It only has a dialup modem connection for remote maintenance.
But usually that's a business partner's function to compile that information. Not sure who asked you for that but maybe hit up your BP or Avaya presales engineer? They should have a much better handle on getting the proper info. At the very least they should be able to provide you pretty precise directions on how to get the information they need.
