Hello. How do I make quotation marks look professional in a publication? I don't want them to look like this ("").

Hi, 4832,

1. In PM, click your way to File -> Preferences -> General -> More and check "Use Typographer's quotes". OK your way out.

2. Typographer's open quotation mark (“) = Alt+Shift+[ or Alt+0147
Typographer's close quotation mark (”) = Alt+Shift+] or Alt+0148

See also PM's Help -> Special Characters.
