Is it possible to create quotas on folders instead of disks?

The only way I can think of adding quota's to folders, is to put the folder on it's own logical drive then add drive quota's.

That's not going to work. Basically, we have a users drive where every user in the company has folder as well as each department. I want to restrict each user folder to 400MB and the department forlder to 2GB.

Does anyone know of a 3rd party company that makes software that would be able to help me.
