NO USER SOURCE NUMBER - "NI2_CALLED_PARTY_TYPE=UNKNOWN"
(as described in Avaya Tech Tip 212 and or )


(Before adding the NO USER SOURCE NUMBER "NI2_CALLED_PARTY_TYPE=UNKNOWN" outgoing calls would fail.

Now calls are working, but the carrier CenturyTel/CenturyLink says its "locking up" their switch or they think it will. They also sent me the below email:
