"Your Party Is Unavailable" When Dialing the Main Number 1

Customer has a Partner ACS R6.0 w/PC Large voicemail card. When calling into the customer's main line, the system answers right away and says "Your party is unavailable. To transfer to another extension press *8. Or to reach the receptionist, press 0". This just started happening yesterday according to the customer. Should I be checking the VM, feature codes, etc?

 
Edit to add - does this mean that one/all of the extensions are in Answer Only mode?

 
Thanks for the reply. I've been told the site doesn't have voicemail - will that change anything?

 
Had the same problem, you need to assign you voicemail. You must go into programming and hit #505, under hunt group type 7, and under extension type 78 and hit one to assign and do the same for extension 79, then use the other codes to fine tune your system.
