"your call is being transfered to the recepptionist"

I am trying to set up my Partner Mail VS v5 and when I test it after assigning ectentions, recording prompts etc. it answers saying "Your call is being transfered to the receptionist" as opposed to playing the main menu.

I have looked through the manual for three hours and can not find how to change this.

Thanks for any help.
 
I upgraded to V5 so this is a new system.

I do have the voicemail ports set as described in your post. I just checked again and both are set correctly.
 
I set the VS to restore to factory defaults and it is still ringing 6 times then stating "your call is being transfered to the receptionist" over and over.

I am still looking through the manual but coming up with nothing.
 
I finally figured it out!

You were right, but I didn't realize it. I assigned 40 and 41, but forgot that this is a 4 port card so had to assign 38 and 39.
