"You are not authorized to view this page" on simple html

Hello,

I have created a simple "Hello World" html file and set it under the

http://wwwroot

folder.
When I try to browse it:

http://localhost/hellp.html

I get: "You are not authorized to view this page".
On the Home directory tab of the default web site I've marked all the checkboxes (read, write, scripts...).
What can else cause this?

Are you sure it is .html and not .htm or some other extention? A wrong extension put in your address bar when trying to access the site could cause this..

Maybe the IUSR_ account doesnt have permissions to the file.
