"Windows 10 is ready" message

Tonight I received a "Windows 10 is ready" notification message on my 8.1 machine (see attachment). Tapping on this just took me to the Windows Update control panel item and (somewhat disappointingly, yet unsurprisingly) Windows 10 was *not* available.

Has anyone else seen this?
