Customer has an ACS R6.0, and when you call in you get the message above after 1 ring. We've checked #506 and they're set to Day mode, and all lines are set to 6 rings. Any ideas what this issue is? I will try to set them to Night mode so the AA doesn't answer and see if the message disappears.
 
voicemail ports are not set.

List your equipment in order
 
If PC Large or small then.

#505
group 7
ext 78 = 1 assigned
ext 79 = 1 assigned

Make sure only these extensions are set this way
 
Yet another bullseye - you were correct that the ports hadn't been set up yet. I followed the #505 instructions and was able to get everything set up properly. A big thanks for your help!
