" vTcl interp" error!!! 1

I got knocked out of SCOADMIN and then recieved this error on the screen
"Fatal error: (vTcl interp) Write to server failed - Broken pipe (vTcl interp) No server connection - missing VtOpen ?
error Information logged to: /tmp/tclerror.2513.log
