Does anyone know of a freeware/shareware Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for Perl under Windows?

I've had a look at Perl Builder -- which looks fine - but I'm too mean to buy it....

There's a program called Perl Code Editor, or PCE.

Ought to get it for you.
It's free.

I don't use it (I use emacs), but it's probably pretty good. also, there is an emacs port for windows, but if you don't want to learn a whole new editor, go with PCE.

Emacs is much more powerful, though, so it's also worth a look
-> that'll do it!

Good Luck!

Thx Lucid.

Komodo is NT/2000 only by the way, should be good given how stable the ActiveState version of Perl is...

Should have mentioned before, I use Win98.
