You can upgrade your Legend Processor to Legend R7.0 - Ver 10. it requires a Special Legend proprietary flash PCMCIA card.
If you have an CID on your incoming line(s), you should be getting the CID information on your MLX display phones if you have a MLX station line card - 008 MLX or better yet a 408 GS/LS MLX ID line card.
