"Users" Unable to access Https but Power Users & Administrators Ca

Hi,

we are having an issue where people not in power users or administratos are unable to access Https addresses, if join the same user account to power users or administrators they can access teh website.

XP Pro SP3 with IE7

Please Help as i need this to work for monday when our students are back in!

It works for me out-of-the-box, so perhaps you (or other IT people) have put some sort of group policy or other restrictions in place to do this?
