"User" Icon on ConsoleOne disappeared on XP

Anyone out there have this problem?

I installed ConsoleOne 1.3.3 (with snapins)onto my new Windows XP (using the client disk that came with the NW6 software), but the User icons are missing. I can't change any rights! I'm not sure it's because of
1) Windows XP compatibility or
2) unknown Server problems or
3) outdated SnapIn problems or
4) need-updates problems.

Am I overlooking something obvious?

Thank you. I'd really appreciate any help I can get.
