New kid on the block here. I support several users on Crystal 6, running FLS (Federal Liaison Services). These users are in the process of getting new PC's, and some of them are experiencing a problem now while attempting to run a Crystal report. The report appears to run OK, but no report is actually generated. When I look at the .lis file all it says is "Use Crystal Reports to print Report". Anyone out there had this problem before ?
Thanks.....

I assume that none of the reports work?
Do they run the reports from within the FLS? Do they have the Crystal Report desigener installed or just the FLS?
Do the reports connect to the data using an ODBC connection? Ken Hamady

Yes, all reports are affected. The errors are on Windows 2000, the old PC's were Windows 95. Crystal runs out of FLS after SQR extracts the data.

Also, did you mean that some new PCs work, and others don't or ALL new PCs have trouble.

If they don't have the report designer installed, it will be difficult for us to trouble shoot the problem. You will probably have to ask the FLS vendor.

You might check to make sure that any ODBC connections, SQL clients, data connectivity components are configured the same on the new PCs as they were on the old ones. Ken Hamady
