I get this error when I try to truncate a table:

Can't execute the given command because you have active locked tables or an active transaction

How can I, by SQL, delete this active transaction or unlock table?

thanks / Henrik

You could use:
[tt]
UNLOCK TABLES;

or
[tt]
ROLLBACK;
[/tt]
as appropriate.
