"unknown" file name in OSX to imagesetter

Whenever I send files to my Avantra 44S w/apogee RIP it will lose the file name and call it "unknown" is there a fix for this.

If you're sending files from Quark 6, there is an extension at

http://www.badiaxt.com./

In the upper left of the page look for FixUnknown
